The Operations Committee manages MBSC’s finances, plans events, and fosters community connections. They oversee the budget, organize retreats, execute major events like Marshall Ball, drive fundraising initiatives, and coordinate logistics such as club headshots to keep MBSC running smoothly and feeling connected.
