180 Degrees Consulting at USC is an undergraduate student-led social impact consultancy that provides consulting services to nonprofits, social enterprises, and other socially-minded organizations in the Los Angeles community. We recruit and train student consultants to empower organizations and businesses to further their social impact while helping our members grow personally and professionally.
The purpose of Accounting Society is to expose students to academic and career opportunities in the field of accounting in both a virtual and in-person setting. In addition, the organization provides members with the opportunity to meet other individuals studying or working in the field of accounting. The primary activities of this organization will include weekly general meetings, professional development events, peer and professional mentoring, volunteer and social events, and other AS sponsored events.
American Marketing Association (AMA) at USC is a collegiate chapter of one of the largest marketing associations in the world. The organization provides a resource for networking and academic development for undergraduate students who are interested in the field of marketing and aims to bring national AMA resources to USC students, which include training workshops, professional speaker events, company tours, service and networking events, and consulting projects.
ASCEND
Ascend USC Chapter is a Professional Networking & Leadership Organization at the University of Southern California. In addition, one of our core values is to raise Pan-Asian awareness in our community. We are dedicated to providing the best resources and opportunities for our members, affiliates and corporate partners to develop long-term, mutually-beneficial relationships among each other. We connect our students to leaders across industries through a network of seasoned professionals and emerging leaders. We enable our young professionals and emerging leaders to pursue their dreams and achieve new professional heights. And we assist our partners and sponsors to maximize their recruiting efforts through first-class diversity and inclusion practices.
ASSOCIATION OF INNOVATIVE MARKETING (AIM)
AIM Consulting is a student-run organization established and managed by undergraduate students at the University of Southern California. We provide reliable and quality marketing consultancy services for semester-based clients across multiple industries. Our mission is to provide professional development and real world experience by working with clients on a variety of marketing services, ranging from advertising to market research. We tailor our teams to the specific needs of our clients and each project is executed by a team of five to six consultants with the support of the Executive Board.

Beta Alpha Psi is an international honor society for accounting, finance, and information systems students. BLACK BUSINESS STUDENT ASSOCIATION (BBSA)
The Black Business Student Association is a student organization that operates under the USC Marshall School of Business and is dedicated to creating a space for our members, students of diverse backgrounds and areas of study, to grow as leaders and professionals. We host recruitment events, guest speaker presentations, career development sessions, networking opportunities, and more for the benefit of our members.
DESIGN FOR AMERICA (DFA)
USC DFA equips students with the tools and resources needed to tackle social challenges facing the local community. As an accelerator for impact across multiple problem spaces, the DFA studio utilizes Design Thinking to innovate and create projects that ultimately drive positive change the LA community.
FASHION INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION (FIA)
As USC's only professional organization catered towards students interested in the fashion industry, the Fashion Industry Association's mission is to expose members to the many facets of the fast-paced, ever-changing fashion world. Through hosting both professional and social events, FIA provides resources for a community of likeminded individuals to support and prepare members to take on the industry. Members have opportunities to attend panels by industry professionals, tours at local fashion businesses, as well as participate in an annual Recruiter Reception in the fall and student-run fashion show in the spring.
GLOBAL INVESTMENT SOCIETY (GIS)
The purpose of GIS is to teach and practice investing with an emphasis on global markets and varied investment classes, such as bonds, stocks, commodities, currencies, derivatives, and alternative investments. The club’s goal is to foster an environment of global knowledge and expertise in the investing sector, and to build an investment skill set that isn't limited to a single market or investment class.. GIS will also provide a foundational understanding of the field of finance as an industry which is affected by the entire world.
INTERNATIONAL CONSULTING CLUB
As a student organization, our mission is to build a community that shares a genuine interest in management consulting. At ICC, we understand the importance of being able to navigate through the ever-globalizing business world, and we consider international diversity as one of our number one values. Each semester, we set a calendar of events—weekly consulting recruiting training, guest speaker appearances, and social networking opportunities—that bring a variety of constructive skills and experiences to our members. Most importantly, we make sure to take on 5 to 7 client engagement projects every semester to give our members real-life, hands-on consulting experience.
KOREAN BUSINESS STUDENT ORGANIZATION (KBSO)
Established in 1996, the Korean Business Student Organization (KBSO) is a student volunteer group that aims to better both the collective and individual futures of Korean international students at the University of Southern California. The chief mission of KBSO is to assist our target students towards their respective professional lives – we achieve this end year after year by bridging students to the companies of their choice.
LEMONADE DAY
Lemonade Day is a student organization focused on developing financial literacy and inspiring young entrepreneurs in the South Central Los Angeles community. Through Lemonade Day, USC students visit local elementary schools and serve as mentors while teaching the youth how to start their very own business: a lemonade stand! We walk the students through simple lessons in finance, accounting, marketing, advertising, and entrepreneurship, all while creating lasting mentorship bonds.
LOS ANGELES COMMUNITY IMPACT (LACI)
Los Angeles Community Impact (LACI) provides pro-bono consulting services to nonprofits and socially minded organizations in the LA community. LACI members work with 10+ clients each semester to scope, research, and present actionable recommendations surrounding a key issue or need within the organization. Some examples of past clients that LACI has worked with include Girls Scouts, Habitat for Humanity, LA Regional Food Bank, and American Heart Association. Through their work in LACI, student consultants refine and develop their professional and client-facing skills, promoting student leadership, diversity, community, and commitment to giving back to the community.
MARSHALL BUSINESS NETWORK (MBN)
Marshall Business Network (MBN) empowers students to define their career paths while developing a first-class Trojan network. In this effort, MBN collaborates with Fortune 500 companies to organize guest speaker events, professional development workshops, and corporate tours each semester. These programs inform members of the diverse career opportunities by introducing them to recruiters and executives across various industries. MBN is the premiere career exploration and networking organization.

MARSHALL ENTERTAINMENT ASSOCIATION (MEA)
The Marshall Entertainment Association (MEA) seeks to explore and promote leadership and career opportunities for USC undergraduates interested in the business-entertainment field. MEA provides networking opportunities with entertainment-business alumni and industry professionals and seeks to provide students with a holistic view of the industry in order to prepare them for careers in the entertainment business.

Marshall Outreach and Volunteer Entrepreneurs (MOVE) seeks to bring together socially-conscious individuals interested in entrepreneurship, provide valuable insight into the world of social business practice, and enable students to give back to the community by tapping into career-related passions.

OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION (OMA)
The purpose of Operations Management Association (OMA) is not only to increase awareness of the operations industry in the business world, but also to help students discover a new potential career path. OMA aims to inspire students by providing career development opportunities, peer-to-peer mentorship, and networking opportunities with industry professionals.

USC Rotaract is a philanthropic and networking organization. We volunteer with local organizations in order to directly impact the communities surrounding USC camps including Garden School Foundation, LA Food Bank, Midnight Mission, Downtown Women's Center, and many more. Additionally, we are sponsored by Rotary LA5 whose members are eager to help us with business opportunities and professional development.
SIGMA ETA PI
Sigma Eta Pi is USC's premier entrepreneurship society. Our mission is to transform individuals into entrepreneurs who follow their passion, develop lasting relationships in the startup ecosystem, and create social impact through innovative ventures. After a rigorous recruitment process with hundreds of applicants, those accepted participate in our Founder’s Education accelerator program to grow and develop a startup from ideation to implementation.
SMART WOMAN SECURITIES
Smart Woman Securities (SWS) is a national organization with a mission of educating undergraduate women on finance and investments. As the USC Chapter of SWS, we aim to provide Trojan women with educational and professional development opportunities to advance gender diversity in finance.
SPARK SC
Spark SC is a student-run entrepreneurship ecosystem at USC dedicated to building communities, unlocking opportunities, and expanding social impact for current and budding entrepreneurs. Our mission is to foster entrepreneurial thought and action across communities of all backgrounds and interests within and beyond USC.
TAMID
TAMID Group’s program is designed to offer experiential business learning. Members have the opportunity to gain hands-on consulting experience with Israeli startups and partake in an interactive classroom curriculum focused on basic business principles and equity investment analysis. Students will contribute to multiple case competitions, conduct equity research that will help build a club-wide stock portfolio, and join student-led consulting teams. Additionally, each summer members may apply to TAMID’s 8-week Fellowship internship experience in Israel where they will work with companies based in the start-up nation.
TROJAN HEART & MIND CLUB
The Trojan Heart & Mind Club provides USC students with tools and strategies for building happiness, performance, resilience and well-being in competitive environments and everyday life. We host diverse speakers across psychology, neuroscience, the arts and business. Members share an interest in how people embrace challenging moments and thrive.
TROJAN INVESTING SOCIETY (TIS)
TIS provides its members with opportunities to learn more about the financial industry through workshops, panels, and networking events. TIS connects members with alumni, professionals, and academics who have been involved in finance in a variety of roles. The Leaders Program is a smaller cohort of freshmen and sophomores focused on technical and behavioral introduction for recruitment preparation. The TIS Mentorship Program pairs sophomores in their spring semester with juniors/seniors mentors who have successfully recruited for internships in the investment banking industry and offers a SF/NY recruiting trip to the top firms at each location.

Trojan Marketing Group is a student-run, full-service, pro-bono marketing agency. We craft innovative marketing campaigns for businesses and non-profits, with story at our core.
TROJAN VENTURE PARTNERS
Trojan Venture Partners is USC's premier venture capital organization, which empowers its members to find professional success in the startup building and investing communities. As the go-to VC resource on campus, TVP is also dedicated to contributing to the growth of USC's entrepreneurship ecosystem by demystifying VC for Trojan innovators and connecting founders and investors.
